Our foil retreats are for those who crave to foil waves — riders who are already comfortable flying and want to push their limits in raw Atlantic conditions.
That said, we can also organize more beginner-friendly retreats upon request.
Each retreat is private and tailored to your level, ensuring we’ll get you into the waves that are right for you.
What does a day look like
Here’s how a typical retreat day unfolds:
09:00 – Breakfast at the resort
09:30 – Suit up (wetsuit on at the resort)
09:45 – Head to the harbor with the jetski(s)
10:00 – Foil Session 1
13:00 – Lunch at a local restaurant
14:30 – Foil Session 2
17:45 – Back at the resort – chill time
19:00 – Dinner at a local restaurant
21:30 – Spa time (hot tub, sauna, and pool)
23:00 – Sleep, dream of foil lines
Where is it
We’re based in a natural park on the southwest coast of Portugal, in a town called Vila Nova de Milfontes — a hidden gem and bucket-list spot for many foilers. With 300 days of sun a year and direct exposure to the Atlantic Ocean, we enjoy consistent, year-round swells in one of Europe’s most beautiful coastal regions.
Whats Included
Pretty much everything. Accommodation, transport, gear, coaching, all meals, and even drinks — both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The whole idea is that you don’t have to think about anything. Just foil, enjoy, relax, and make the most of our local knowledge to ride the best spots around.
What about my non-foiling partner or friend
Your non-foiling partner or friend is more than welcome to join — as long as you’re happy to share a room. While foiling isn’t included for them, everything else is: airport pickup, food, drinks, dinners out, and spa time.
They can chill by the pool, walk to the beach, or try activities like surf lessons, yoga, or horseback riding. And of course, they’re invited to join our evening spa sessions. We’ll make sure they have an amazing time too.
Max groups size
We have access to three jetskis and a boat, allowing us to host private retreats for up to nine guests.
Our standard setup is two foilers per jetski, meaning that over six hours on the water each day, every rider enjoys around three hours of tow time.
For those looking to reduce costs, we can also run three foilers per jetski, offering a 15% discount per person.
Whats the accommodation like
You’ll stay in a brand-new boutique resort, locally known as a Quinta. In Portugal, a Quinta traditionally refers to a countryside estate — and this one blends rustic charm with modern comfort. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the Time 2 Wing HQ, and a 15-minute stroll to the beach and town. Expect stylish rooms, peaceful surroundings, and the perfect base to relax and recharge between sessions.

How does the booking process work
f you’re interested, just fill out our booking form. Once we confirm availability and you’re ready to join, we’ll ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
