The Duotone AL 3BS Fuselages are an exciting evolution in fuselage design, building upon the positive feedback received from the 60cm Alu 3BS model. Now available in 66cm and 74cm lengths, these fuselages replace the previous 68cm and 78cm carbon versions, offering a new level of efficiency and durability in foiling. By transitioning to aluminum, Duotone has been able to reduce the cross-sectional area, lowering drag without compromising strength. The result is a streamlined, high-strength fuselage with only a minimal weight increase of 2.5%.

Designed with performance in mind, each AL 3BS fuselage features a recess at the rear for the stabilizer to sit flush, enhancing hydrodynamics for a smoother, faster ride. Additionally, the fuselages incorporate large cut-outs at the front wing mount to minimize weight and improve balance. While these aluminum fuselages may require a bit of extra care—such as rinsing with fresh water after use—the performance gains make them an ideal choice for dedicated foilers.
