  • Time 2 Wing B.V. (Netherlands): Handles EU-related e-commerce operations.
  • TIME 2 WING PORTUGAL, UNIPESSOAL LDA. (Portugal): Handles physical services, rentals, and sales that occur in Portugal.

  • TIME 2 WING LIMITED (Gibraltar): Handles international sales, sales occurring in Gibraltar, and business operations outside the EU. 

Each entity operates independently under local laws and regulations.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.

4. PRODUCT SALES & ORDER PROCESSING

4.1 Product Availability: We strive to keep inventory updated but cannot guarantee product availability.
4.2 Pricing: Prices are displayed in applicable currencies and may include VAT where required.
4.3 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely through our designated financial entity, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

5. CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

5.1 Returns: Returns are not accepted unless something is wrong with the product.
5.2 Refunds: Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item.
5.3 Service Cancellations: Cancellations for booked services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

6. RENTAL & SERVICE TERMS

6.1 Equipment Rental: Any rented equipment must be returned in the same condition. The user is liable for any damage. If a customer rents gear while we are not on the beach, such as renting from the shop, we require a safety deposit equivalent to the value of the gear.
6.2 Lessons & Experiences: We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to weather conditions or safety concerns.
6.3 Liability Waiver: By participating in our experiences, you acknowledge the inherent risks and waive liability claims against Time 2 Wing and its subsidiaries.
6.4 Media Usage: By participating in our classes or services, you grant us the right to use photos and videos taken during the sessions for promotional purposes unless you clearly inform us otherwise.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Time 2 Wing and may not be used without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from website use, product purchases, or service participation.
8.2 Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service involved.
